Careers at In4ra
Earn a full salary, gain a nationally recognised qualification and build a real IT career — all at the same time. Our apprenticeship programmes are designed for people who want to get started in IT without going to university.
Three pathways to choose from, all with real work experience and a recognised qualification.
Gain hands-on experience supporting end users, managing hardware and software, and troubleshooting IT issues across a range of client environments. You will work towards a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification while earning a full salary.
Develop specialist skills in cyber security, working alongside our technical team on real client projects. You will learn threat detection, vulnerability assessment and security best practice while studying for a Level 4 qualification.
Work on real network infrastructure projects for In4ra clients, from initial design through to installation and ongoing management. Study for a Level 4 Network Engineer qualification alongside your practical work.
You do not need prior IT experience to apply for our apprenticeships. What matters most is enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and good communication skills.
We look for people who are curious about technology, reliable and keen to build a long-term career in IT. If you have GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent), you meet our minimum academic requirement.
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. In4ra is an equal opportunities employer and we are committed to building a diverse team.
In your application, tell us about a time you solved a problem — it does not have to be IT-related. We want to see how you think.
A straightforward four-step process — no lengthy forms or multiple rounds of tests.
Submit your CV and a short covering note explaining why you want to work in IT.
