Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct sets clear expectations for professional behaviour at In4ra. It exists to create a safe, respectful and productive workplace where everyone can do their best work and where clients and colleagues are treated with dignity.

Recognise that your decisions affect others and act with their interests in mind.

Be respectful

Disagreement is normal; personal attacks are not.

Communicate professionally

Choose words carefully, be clear, and keep tone constructive.

Collaborate responsibly

Share information, meet commitments, and escalate issues when needed.

Protect confidentiality

Handle client and company information with care and in line with policies.

Own mistakes and learn

Admit errors, focus on solutions, and share lessons learned.

Not Tolerated

Unacceptable Behaviour

The following are not tolerated at In4ra and may lead to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.

  • Harassment or threats of violence.
  • Discriminatory language or jokes.
  • Sharing sexually explicit or violent material.
  • Personal insults using racist, sexist, or other derogatory terms.
  • Unwelcome sexual attention or persistent unwanted contact.
  • Advocating or encouraging any of the above.

If someone asks you to stop a behaviour, stop immediately.

Process

Resolving Issues & Reporting

Resolve constructively

When disagreements arise, seek to understand the other perspective and work toward a solution.

Report concerns

If you experience or witness unacceptable behaviour, report it to your manager or HR. Reports will be treated seriously and investigated promptly.

No retaliation

Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited.
