IT Support Internship
Work alongside our service desk team, handling real support tickets, assisting with hardware deployments and learning how a managed IT provider operates day to day. Ideal for penultimate-year students studying Computer Science, IT or a related subject.
What you will do
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets under supervision
- Assist with hardware and software installations
- Shadow senior engineers on client site visits
- Contribute to our internal knowledge base
Cyber Security Internship
Support our security team on vulnerability assessments, security awareness projects and client advisory work. You will gain exposure to real security tooling and frameworks in a professional environment.
What you will do
- Assist with vulnerability scanning and reporting
- Research emerging threats and produce briefing notes
- Support client security awareness campaigns
- Shadow senior analysts on client engagements
IT Consultancy Internship
A client-facing internship for students who want to understand how IT advice is delivered in a business context. You will support account managers, assist with proposals and attend client meetings.
What you will do
- Support account managers with client communications
- Assist in preparing IT proposals and reports
- Attend client meetings and take notes
- Research technology solutions for client requirements
