Student pathway
For students and recent graduates entering the IT industry for the first time.
- Final-year student or recent graduate (within 12 months)
- Degree in IT, computing or a related subject (or equivalent)
- No prior industry experience required
- Right to work in the UK
Graduate pathway
For IT professionals with 1–3 years of experience ready to accelerate into management.
- 1–3 years of IT industry experience
- Degree in IT, computing or a related subject (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated technical competency in your specialism
- Right to work in the UK
The application process
Five steps from application to offer. The whole process typically takes two to three weeks.
Submit your application
Email your CV and a short covering note to [email protected]. Tell us which pathway you are applying for and why you want to join the programme.
Initial screening call
A 20-minute call with our recruitment team to discuss your background, goals and which pathway is the right fit. Usually within five working days of your application.
Technical and aptitude assessment
A short online assessment covering IT fundamentals and problem-solving. Completed in your own time, typically 45–60 minutes.
Interview
A one-hour interview with a senior In4ra manager. Covers your experience, motivations and how you approach challenges. In-person or video call.
Offer and onboarding
Successful candidates receive a formal offer within five working days of interview. Onboarding begins on your agreed start date.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Programme participants are employed by In4ra in a real role with a competitive salary. The programme is not an unpaid internship or training scheme.
Yes. In4ra covers the cost of all programme-related certification exams. Study materials and practice resources are also provided.
Yes. We consider applications from people with relevant experience or a strong demonstrable interest in IT, even without a computing degree. Tell us about your background in your covering note.
We run small cohorts of 6–10 participants to ensure quality of mentoring and support. Places are limited — we recommend applying early.
