What the programme is
The In4ra Management Programme is an internal development programme for people working at or with In4ra who want to build a career in IT management. It is not a training course — it is a structured, supported journey from where you are now to where you want to be.
Participants work in real roles, on real client projects, while following a structured development plan that combines on-the-job learning, formal study, mentoring and professional certification.
Who it is for
The programme has two pathways — one for students and recent graduates entering the industry, and one for graduates with some experience who are ready to accelerate their progression.
Both pathways are open to people who are ambitious, committed to professional development and ready to take on increasing responsibility. We look for potential, not just experience.
