Management programme

Flexible learning

The programme is designed to fit around a full-time job. Online modules, quarterly workshops, monthly mentoring and structured on-the-job learning — all built to work with your schedule, not against it.

Four ways you will learn

A blended approach that combines the best of online, in-person and on-the-job learning.

Online self-paced modules

Core programme content is delivered through an online learning platform. Complete modules at your own pace, on any device, at any time that suits you.

  • Available 24/7 on any device
  • Progress saved automatically
  • Video, reading and interactive content
  • Quizzes and knowledge checks throughout

Group workshops

Quarterly half-day workshops bring the cohort together for interactive learning, group exercises and peer discussion. Delivered in-person or online.

  • Quarterly schedule — planned in advance
  • In-person or online attendance options
  • Small groups of 6–12 participants
  • Facilitated by experienced In4ra managers

One-to-one mentoring

Monthly one-to-one sessions with your assigned mentor. Focused on your personal development, current challenges and progress against your development plan.

  • Monthly 45-minute sessions
  • Scheduled at a time that suits you
  • In-person or video call
  • Structured agenda with personal focus

On-the-job learning

The majority of your development happens in your day-to-day role. Structured tasks, projects and responsibilities are built into your work to create real learning opportunities.

  • Learning integrated into your real role
  • Structured tasks with clear learning objectives
  • Regular reflection and review
  • Supported by your line manager
