- Recent graduates (within 12 months of graduation)

The 12-month journey
Four phases, each building on the last.
Phase 1Months 1–3
Foundations
- Structured onboarding with a dedicated buddy
- Introduction to In4ra systems, tools and processes
- CompTIA A+ study and exam preparation
- First client-facing support responsibilities
- Weekly one-to-ones with your line manager
Phase 2Months 4–6
Technical depth
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) certification
- Deeper involvement in client projects
- Introduction to ITIL service management concepts
- First solo client interactions under supervision
- Mid-programme review and development planning
Phase 3Months 7–9
Leadership introduction
- Leadership and communication skills workshops
- Leading on smaller tasks and mini-projects
- Mentoring sessions with a senior In4ra manager
- Contributing to team knowledge base and documentation
- Cyber security awareness and Cyber Essentials overview
Phase 4Months 10–12
Progression and review
- Full performance and salary review
- Certification achievement recognised and rewarded
- Career development plan for year two agreed
- Presentation of personal development portfolio
- Progression pathway to graduate pathway or senior role confirmed
